Vitality - The Origin Of Being.

Part Seven

The commission given to the guardian angels was specific: "Protect My children from all evil intent that would end their lives before their time but do not infringe upon their freewill. Speak to their spirits in whispers and guide their physical movements with a gentle touch. Be devoted to them as you are devoted to Me."

Once God had stabilised Adam and Eve's situation He approached them in a personified form - an appearance that as physical beings they could comprehend. For gone was their supernatural vision, gone their ability to move at the speed of light, gone their right to re-enter the kingdom of heaven at will.

For they had lost the endowed supreme frequency of God's radiant grace.

When Adam and Eve saw God approaching they imagined, with their dulled intellect, that they could hide from Him, but God came to where they were and summoned them to come out into the open. Adam and Eve emerged crudely clothed with leaves strung together around their hips, large leaves from the forbidden tree that bore the syconium fruit they had eaten.

God gazed at them for a long time and then said, "Did I not warn you repeatedly about the dangers of being vain and too self assured when faced with ideas presented to you by rebels in disguise. Obviously you considered My warnings of little worth and have eaten the fruit I told you not to touch or eat under pain of death."

"Yes," Adam admitted, "but it was the woman you made for me, she offered me the fruit she had already tasted and I ate it." Then God asked Eve, "What motivated you to disobey My solemn warnings?" "It was the serpent you have created, it tricked me," she replied. "That is why I ate it."

"Enough of your self justification," God lamented, "both of you are showing no remorse for your blatant disobedience, therefore you are deserving of the punishment you have brought upon yourselves." Then He said to Eve, "Because you ate the fruit Satan infested, you have been denuded by him of your incorporeal powers and have been robbed of the supernatural balances that prevent sickness, pain and death. As a physical being you will bear children with pain and suffering."

"Never the less you will desire your husband and he will be demanding."

To Adam He said "Because of your vain pretences and lack of leadership you were all too ready to listen to your wife and eat the fruit I told you not to touch or eat. By doing so you have been stripped of your endowed supernatural perpetuity. From henceforth you will struggle by the sweat of your brow to scratch a living from the earth until your dying day. Your corrupt body will then return to the physical environment and your soul will be in limbo until the coming of the Worthy One. He will atone for all the sins of those who accept the truth of Him and the message of repentance, love and forgiveness."

Adam and Eve began to sob and shake emotionally. God took pity on them and He fashioned clothes from animal skins for them to wear.

By this time the snake that had been invaded by Satan awoke and began to slither away. Before it was out of sight God cursed it for it's part in Satan's devious and cruel plans that corrupted and initiated the downfall of His beloved children. God said to the snake, "From all the wild animals you will be singled out as something to be despised. You will be synonymous with Satan and evil."
