Will Power

Most of us have experienced the power of a strong will. Is a strong will to our advantage, or can it work against us?

"Softness of heart is essential if My Spirit is to move deeply within you. Because the hard hearted refuse to soften, the movement of My Spirit is kept at bay. I tell you that all of you have not yet learned to soften your hearts sufficiently to allow Me free access, to reinforce your faith, build up your hope and bring your love to perfection.

It is your will that makes you rigid and although I have given you a freewill I do expect you to respond to the lovingness that is Mine, the patience that is Mine, the faithfulness that is Mine. Once you resolve to soften your heart and My Spirit moves freely into that heart, great will be your accomplishments. For your faith will leap, your hope will be outstanding and your love will be forever. Evil will be astonished and the gentle will rejoice and your presence in any situation will be welcome. Come then and relax your will into Mine."

A will relaxed by a spirit confirmed and a balance achieved.

Spiritual Relaxation

"Spiritual relaxation is that which I want you to consider carefully and deeply. By spiritual relaxation I mean that your faith, hope and love are such that your behaviour in any situation is balanced and made sensitive to that situation.

If you try to climb too high and too fast and above the level I desire for you at any particular time you will not be spiritually relaxed but spiritually stressed. You must accept that you are human as well as spiritual and that the co-ordination of this dual nature is important. Be at peace and remain calm so that your growth can be sure and discerning in it's advancement."

"Keep your feet on the ground and your mind on Me."
